Nature’s Hug

Ingredients
Protein strip:
1 cup of firm protein of your choice (Tofu, beef, chicken, fish, shrimp, pork)
1 tsp Fennel Powder
1 tsp Coriander Seed Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
Side Vegetables
4 cups Water
1 pinch of salt
1/4 cup Soya Bean
1 cup Broccoli
2 cups Spinach
1/2 cups White/Red Onions
1 tsp Sake
½ tsp Sesame seed oil
1 tsp Japanese Soy Sauce
Peanut Sauce:
1 tbsp Unsalted Creamy Peanut Butter
1 tsp Ginger
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1/4 tbsp Sake
Carb of your choice: white rice, brown rice, quinoa
Optional: egg
Steps
Prep the carb of your choice
Cut the protein of your choice into strips. Mix all the spices together with the protein, and pop it into the air fryer/ oven. If it is tofu, 350 F for 20 minutes. If it is meat, 375 F for 15 minutes.
While waiting for the protein, boil the water with a pinch of salt
When boiled, put the green bean into the water for 8 minutes, then drain the green beans out of the water while leaving the water in the pan.
Boil the Broccoli for 5 minutes, drain the broccoli
Boil the Spinach for 2 minutes, drain the spinach. Mix the spinach with sesame oil and salt.
Diced onions, heat the pan to median high. Put oil of your choice to the pan and put in the onions. Cook the onion until it turns brown. Put in the sake and japanese soy sauce. Cook the onion until translucent.
In your blender, put in all the ingredients and blend until well combined.
Plate everything in your own choice. You can also fry an egg on the top. Drizzle the peanut sauce on top. Enjoy.
