Ingredients

  • Equal Amount of Pumpkin, Sweet Potatoes, and Carrots 1 cup

  • Milk ¾ cup

  • Heavy Milk ¼ cup

  • Butter 1 tbsp

  • Garlic 1 Clove

  • Salt 2tsp

  • Pepper 1 tsp

  • Flaxseed sprinkle for decoration

  • Water 3 cups

Steps

  1. Boil the water, add a pinch of salt to the water.

  2. Cut all the roots (pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots) to squares.

  3. Boil the roots in the bowl until soften.

  4. Blend the roots and the milk in the blender until smooth.

  5. Heat a deep pan, add butter and garlic to the pan.

  6. Pour the mixture into the pan, medium heat until boil.

  7. Add heavy milk, salt, and pepper to the soup, turn the fire to low heat.

  8. Mix the soup until smooth, serve on the bowl of your desire.

  9. Sprinkle some flaxseed on the soup, serve the soup with bread or anything you like!
