Seaweed Egg Roll
Time Consumption: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
3 Seaweed sheets
1 carrot
1/2 cucumber
1/2 Avocado
3 eggs
2 American cheese
2 crab strings
Mayonaise
1 pinch of salt
Steps:
Cup the avocado, carrot, crab strings, and cucumber to thin strings.
Heat the pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
Crack 3 eggs with a pinch of salt. When the pan is warm, pour the egg mixture in the pan to make an omelette.
Cut the seaweed sheet, the American cheese, and the omelette into the same width and the length.
It’s time to roll it up! Place the ingredients in this order: seaweed sheet, cheese, egg, avocado, cucumber, carrot, and finally the crab string.
Roll everything up and squeeze some mayo on top.
