Mango Coconut Oatmeal

Time Consumption: 30 minutes

Ingredient

  • 1 1/2 cups of water

  • 6 tbsp Coconut cream

  • 1 cup quick oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seed

  • 1 tbsp flaxseed

  • 1 tbsp sweetener of your choice

    • honey

    • maple syrup

    • denied milk

  • 1 banana

  • 1 mango

  • Some granola for decoration

  • Some dry fruit for decoration

  • 1 drizzle of sweetener

 

Steps:

  1. Slice the mango into strips

  2. Smash the banana to a creamy texture

  3. Boil the water in a pot, once boiled, add the oats, flaxseed, chia seed, and smashed banana to the pot

  4. Mixed the ingredients well with a spatula

  5. Add the coconut cream to the mixture, stir the oatmeal until it turns creamy and thick.

  6. Turn off the heat. Add the sweetener of your choice to the oatmeal, and stir the mixture until well combined.

  7. Serve the oatmeal in a bowl, place the mango slices, granola, and dry fruit on top of the oatmeal.

  8. Drizzle some sweetener on top. Enjoy!
