Nourish Bowl

Have you ever heard a bowl of deliciousness that contains everything you need? If not, today is a good day. I will introduce you to the one and only- nourish bowl. A bowl that contains all the nutrients and vitamins you need, it is instagramable and great in flavor. 

Usually, people put in a portion of carbs, vegetables, healthy fats, and protein into the bowl, and what people like the most is the pretty appearance it brings. Here, I want to give you some suggestions for the components you can have in your bowl:

  • Protein: chicken breast, firm tofu, beef, chickpeas, black beans, boiled egg

  • Vegetable: spinach, romaine lettuce, carrots, onions

  • Carbs: brown rice, mixed rice, corn, sweet potato, potato, pasta, noodles

  • Healthy fats: Salmon, nuts, avocado

  • The most important highlight for the nourish bowl is the dressings. Usually, people use the dressings for tacos or for salad. There are so many different dressings you can have in order to add some yummy flavors to the top. These recipes will give you one of my favorite ways to make a nourish bowl, and several suggested dressings I love.
